Sometimes opposites in world view and gender opposites can help bridge the differences we all have in striving to see the world as a interconnected place in the Universe.
Take for example the recent visit by “Kung Fu Nuns” at the CERN institute in Switzerland. The spiritually cultivated nuns from the Himalyas got a chance to see what another mountain dwelling species, called CERN scientists, has been working on.
“The nuns, all from the Himalayan region, struck poses of hand-chops, high-kicks and punches on Thursday while touring the research center where physicists at the frontiers of science are probing the origins of the universe.”
“Men and women carry different energy,” said His Holiness Gyalwang Drukpa, a monk who ranks only slightly below the Dalai Lama in the global Buddhist hierarchy. “Both male and female energies are needed to better the world.”
Thanks again to the Astral Projectors Facebook page for this very interesting video on Jose Silva and one of the methods he discovered years ago to help people deal with problems in their lives.
The Mirror of the Mind method goes through three steps:
1) Meditate or get yourself relaxed any other way
Get relaxed, let go of stress and prepare to face the issue calmly
2) Understand the problem
Picture a mirror with a blue frame, and then put the problem into the mirror, as a word or
phrase, or of course, as a symbol that represents the issue. Study it without emotion and get it clear in your mind.
3) Discover the solution
Now, in your mind, erase the problem from the mirror, move it to the left and change the frame color to white. Then picture the solution to the problem in the mirror or, better yet, picture the results of the solution and stay focused on that result, seeing yourself now free of the problem.
Clearly facing, defining and naming the problem is key to this type of “exorcism”. Once you’ve done that, the problem starts to lose its power over you because you have taken it out of the dark recesses of your mind and brought it into the light, so to speak.
The most difficult issues we have to face within ourselves do not like being exposed. They hide in crevices and cracks in the mind; they love the dark cellars where we are afraid to go; they come out in the night, wake us up and exercise their control over us.
But, they are our own creations. They are artifacts of past experiences, of fears, of the unknown we face each day. But as their Creator, we have the power of life or death over them. It is up to us to un-create them, to turn off their power, to unplug them from our neuro-system, and to take control again of that aspect of our life.
This video is a short one, but talks about how Jose Silva found his way to this realization and gives some great examples of people who have successfully integrated this method into their lives. The talk by his granddaughter is especially cool. Listen to the part about dealing with the monsters.
In findings published in the October Astrophysical Journal, researchers report that they have discovered proof of a vast filament of material that connects our Milky Way galaxy to nearby clusters of galaxies, which are similarly interconnected to the rest of the Universe.
The striking similarity between this connection and the neural connections in our brain (see image above from the Higher Balance website) has to make it clearer why mystics and Masters have always said we are not just connected to each other, but that we are connected to EVERY thing!
Astronomers at the Australian National University said this in a recent report on their new findings:
We’re always on the lookout for interesting new material or perspectives on the fascinating realm of altered states of consciousness, which is what OBEs or astral travel are. Along with that is the idea that through our thoughts, words and deeds, we are creating our reality as we go.
Here is a short video which gives some examples of how people have indeed changed their realities, and in so doing, changed the reality of the whole world. We are, after all, all connected.
The Gateway Experiencee offers you many things along its path of self revelation. But the journey, no matter how it evolves, will always and forever be Your Personal Journey.
How you use the tools provided by the Experience is up to you. What areas you choose to explore will be up to you. How far you take yourself of this journey will be up to you.
But, you will not be the first to have embarked on this adventure. Many thousands of others have gone this way, leaving a clearly trodden path before you.
But each of us will perceive the path differently and we will take different side roads. We will stop at different places along the way to rest or to admire the view. We will all see the sunrises and sunsets, but they will be seen differently by all of us.
Take this journey as an adventurer. Take it as an explorer. Take it for yourself, and take it for your loved ones, your families, your friends. For you will return changed. You will return renewed. You will return evolved.
