Teen
Gateway Voyage
The
Teen Gateway Voyage is a six-day intensive program designed
for teens and the tough issues and concerns they face today.
This learning adventure provides tools for teen-participants
to learn more about themselves and to facilitate a sense of
well-being and balance.
Teen
Gateway's specially scripted Hemi-Sync® tapes focus on
the following areas:
- caring
for self and others
- finding
courage and releasing fear
- stress
management and deep relaxation
- improving
school performance and personal performance
- decision
making and goal setting
- communicating
with parents and peers
- positive
thinking and empowering your higher self
- opening
your heart
- celebrating
you
These
are a few of the focal points that will enable the participants
aged 13 to 17 to learn more about themselves and to facilitate
a sense of well being and balance.
