  • Most credit and debit card orders placed by 12 PM Pacific during a weekday are shipped within 24-48 hours. Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received.
  • Please note: Orders usually do not ship Saturday, and will not ship Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
  • No-Returns: CDs, pillows and accessories are non-returnable unless there is clear proof of damage or defect in a just-delivered order.
  • All Sales are Final.
  • Online Payments are processed by Hemisyncforyou.com – this would also be the name that appears beside on your credit card receipt.
  • Checks or Money Orders may be made out / sent to: Hemisyncforyou.com, PO Box 2590, Yelm, WA 98597 (Please include a copy of your order with name and address along with your check).

Free Shipping in USA uses USPS First Class, Fed Ex Ground or UPS Ground depending on the package dimensions, weight and shipping destination.

First Class Shipped via the USPS, 3 – 5 business days anywhere within the USA. Actual delivery Rate depends on items ordered and address.
Priority Shipped via USPS, 2 – 3 business days average anywhere in the USA. Actual delivery Rate depends on items ordered and address.
Express

If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.

Because of increased vigilance in Germany, we no longer ship to Germany unless Customer Provides detailed instructions, and understands the potential for delays.

Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is from date of shipment, provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Some countries may require various types of import licenses.

Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Also Note

USA Overnight Shipping & Handling – Please understand that requesting Overnight delivery does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders do ship on the same day, depending on when your order is received, some will be shipped on the following day. You will receive your order 1-2 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases is within 24 hours. We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays. A signature may be required for your deliveries.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).

Return of Delivery Due to Incorrect Address or Undeliverability – Hemisyncforyou is not responsible for undeliverable shipments due to recipient’s post office errors, incorrectly entered address, or rules and regulations in the recipient’s country. If this occurs Hemisyncforyou will refund customer full value minus shipping if the returned item is received by us undamaged. Restocking fees may apply depending on the situation related to the return.

If there is any doubt about recipient’s address at the time of placing the order, this should be cleared up first by reviewing post office or customs office guidelines (especially for non USA addresses).
